First class of Uni now completed and one of the tasks which is to be completed for the ACF2001 Art Class is a Digital Art Diary -in the form of a BLOG.
This is my first BLOG on this blog - not to mention my first ever blog!
Within this blog we were instructed to outline and provide a link to one of the artworks which we have viewed on the RHIZOME art page.
The artwork which I viewed was Titled
Buy & Sell Time (from Silicon Valley)

This is an artwork which has been created via a series of photos which depict an appropriation of the EBAY logo, and within a man holding a laptop, and a sign which reads "BUY AND SELL TIME"
The purpose of this artwork is to portray a hypothetical scenario where you may have one day, one hour, one minute left to live what would you do, and how would you value certain things which you do/use your time in the form of an EBAY Auction.
Unfortunately the EBAY auction has ended and thus is no longer able to be viewed, it poses a meaningful message to the viewer.
